A simple side dish of Spaghetti Squash...with butter and sea salt.


Roasted Spaghetti Squash

I had never prepared spaghetti squash.
It is surprisingly easy.

I simply cut it in half long-ways...and scooped out the seeds.

I roasted it in a 350 degree oven for about forty-five minutes.

It scooped it out easily, using a spoon.
Into a casserole dish with butter and sea salt it became a delicious side dish.

Now that I know how easy and delicious it is...
I plan on trying this recipe from Taste of Home ...
as well as using it in lieu of pasta when making my next marinara sauce!
